Empowering You at Every Step
Personalized Support for Every Step of Your Journey
At Landmark Health, we offer a full range of recovery and counseling services tailored to meet you where you are. Whether you're seeking individual guidance, group connection, or real-life support from someone who’s walked in your shoes, our services are designed to foster healing, purpose, and sustainable change.
Our Services
Group therapy is a cornerstone of our IOP, offering a safe, structured environment to build connection, accountability, and emotional insight. Sessions are both psychoeducational and process-oriented, covering topics such as emotional regulation, communication skills, mindfulness, and cognitive restructuring. We also offer specialty groups including gender-specific support, LGBTQI+ affirming spaces, and grief and loss processing.
Navigating recovery goes beyond therapy. Our case managers help you address critical life needs including housing, employment, legal concerns, transportation, and childcare. We collaborate with probation officers, children’s services, and other agencies to ensure seamless care. Your recovery plan is dynamic and evolves with you, including ongoing referrals and advocacy every step of the way.
For clients utilizing Suboxone, Vivitrol, or Methadone, our team integrates with your MAT provider to ensure safe, effective, and supportive care. We offer monitoring, education around medication use, and MAT-specific groups that address the unique challenges of recovery while using medication support. You’re not alone—we’re here to support both your treatment and your journey.
Routine and random urine drug screenings are part of our program to support accountability and reinforce progress. These tests are not punitive—they’re therapeutic tools used to spark honest discussion and reflection in your sessions. All results are handled with discretion and compassion.
Recovery includes learning how to thrive in everyday life. Our life skills training helps you develop practical, real-world tools like budgeting, meal planning, time management, and stress reduction. Through structured exercises and role-play scenarios, you'll build the confidence and independence needed for a balanced lifestyle beyond treatment.
Preventing relapse is about preparation, not perfection. We help you identify high-risk situations, understand your cravings, and build a personalized safety plan. You’ll leave with proven tools—including mindfulness, grounding strategies, and coping plans—designed to help you navigate challenges with strength and self-awareness.
We believe recovery is about more than just sobriety—it’s about full-person healing. Our optional holistic services include yoga, expressive arts therapy, meditation, and nutrition workshops to help you connect mind, body, and spirit. These services are available to enhance emotional regulation, reduce stress, and support lasting wellness.
Recovery doesn’t end at discharge. We offer ongoing support through alumni groups, check-ins, and booster sessions to keep you connected and accountable. You’ll also have access to long-term recovery resources and community support networks, ensuring that you remain part of a community that understands and uplifts you.
